Essel + Webflow

Keep your Webflow design. Connect the article workflow.

Essel publishes article content into a configured Webflow CMS collection. Your site keeps its design and Collection Page template; the integration supplies the mapped content fields.

Map the fields your page renders

Connect with the required site and CMS permissions, select a collection, and map the article name, slug, and body fields. Creating or selecting a collection does not build its Collection Page template for you.

Staged content is not a live page

Choose staged delivery for review or configure live publishing. Check your Webflow page and domain after delivery. A CMS item being created does not by itself mean visitors can read it.

Check rich-text limits before automating

Check code blocks, tables, and other rich-text formatting in a representative Webflow article before automating technical tutorials. The connector supplies content; your collection fields and page template determine how readers see it.

Update the linked CMS item

Re-publishing a linked article updates its existing item. Keep field mapping and page templates consistent, then verify the live page. Public item URLs are not always available from the connector, so check the destination directly when needed.
